| June 1st, 2006 On Thursday June 1st Sutphen Fire Apparatus brought by one of their demo tower apparatus. The demo truck was a Sutphen 70' Tower Ladder with a 1500 GPM Pump and 400 Gallon Tank. Thanks to Harry Sutphen for the visit. |
| August, 2006 The Belle Fire Department has received a grant to purchase a new breathing air compressor. The new compressor purchase will also include a containment fill station with individual cascade controls. The Belle Fire Department would like to thank the Kanawha County Commission for the assistance with the purchase. |
